Your privacy matters to us. This notice explains what personal information Zepski collects when you use zepski.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how you can exercise your rights. It applies to our website, our customer support channels and our marketing communications. Last updated September 24, 2026.

About This Policy

Zepski is owned and operated by Kyle Christopher Rzepski at 3501 Woodhaven Road, Apt 834, Philadelphia, PA 19154, United States. We decide how and why your personal information is processed; Shopify Inc. provides the platform on which the Site runs and processes data under our instructions. Information We Collect

The personal information we handle falls into these groups: (1) contact and identity data such as your name, email, postal addresses and phone number; (2) transaction data — what you bought, when, and the payment method used, with card details handled entirely by Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe) and never stored by us in full; (3) correspondence, including support requests, return forms and product reviews; (4) technical data collected automatically — IP address, device and browser information, pages visited and how you interact with them, via cookies described in our Cookie Policy; and (5) your marketing choices.

Purposes of Processing

Your information is used for the purposes for which you gave it and for related purposes you would reasonably expect: fulfilling and shipping orders and keeping you informed about them; answering questions and resolving problems; detecting and preventing fraudulent transactions; meeting our legal and accounting obligations; understanding how the Site is used so we can improve it; and marketing, only where you have agreed or where the law allows us to contact existing customers about similar products, always with an easy way to opt out.

Who We Share Data With

Your data is shared with service providers that help us deliver what you bought, each bound to use it only for that purpose: Shopify, which hosts our store; Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe) and the payment networks, for payment and fraud screening; carriers and warehouses in the United States, China and the European Union — including USPS, UPS and JS Express — which receive delivery details; the email, messaging and help-desk tools we use to support you; and analytics and advertising platforms that set cookies on the Site (see the Cookie Policy for controls). We also disclose data when the law requires it or to protect our rights. We never sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising except through the cookie-based advertising you can opt out of.

Data Retention

We keep order and transaction records for 7 years after the purchase to meet tax, accounting and warranty obligations; customer service correspondence for 3 years after the last contact; marketing preferences for as long as you remain subscribed and for a reasonable period after you unsubscribe so we can honor your choice; and analytics data in aggregated form. Information is deleted or anonymized when no longer needed for these purposes, unless a longer period is required by law or to resolve a dispute.

How We Protect Your Information

We protect personal information with technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk: the Site is served over HTTPS/TLS, payments are processed by PCI-DSS certified providers, access to customer data is limited to people who need it, and our platform providers maintain independent security certifications. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security; if a breach affecting your data occurs we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

Marketing Emails

We send marketing emails only to customers and subscribers, and you can stop them at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each message or by emailing contact@zepski.com; we process the request within 10 business days. Our emails always show who they are from and our physical mailing address, in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act. Opting out of marketing does not affect order confirmations, shipping notices or replies to your requests.

Your Choices and Rights

We extend the following rights to every customer in the United States, whether or not your state's privacy law applies to a business of our size: to know what data we have about you and receive a copy; to correct it; to have it deleted, except what we must keep for orders, taxes or disputes; and to opt out of marketing, targeted advertising (controls on the Cookie preferences page) and any sale or sharing of personal information (we sell none). Requests go to contact@zepski.com; we confirm your identity through your order email and answer within 45 days, and you can appeal a refusal by replying. Exercising your rights never affects the price or service you receive. We do not respond to Do Not Track browser signals; we do treat a Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out of targeted advertising cookies.

Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact contact@zepski.com and we will delete it promptly.

Policy Changes

This policy is reviewed regularly. When we change it, the new version is posted here with a new effective date; significant changes are also communicated by a notice on the Site or by email. We encourage you to check this page from time to time.
